I’m Sylvia Matthews, owner of Below Zero Cryo & Beauty. For the past seven years, I’ve specialized in CryoSkin and non-invasive body contouring, helping clients enhance their natural shape, target stubborn areas, improve the appearance of their skin and feel more confident in their bodies.
I created Below Zero because I believe body contouring should never be one-size-fits-all. Every body is different, every goal is personal, and every client deserves a treatment plan designed specifically for them.
From your first consultation, my focus is listening to what you want to improve, explaining your options honestly and helping you choose the treatment—or combination—that makes the most sense for your body, budget and timeline.
What I love most is watching confidence grow. There is nothing better than seeing someone feel more comfortable in their clothes, more excited about their progress or simply happier when they look in the mirror.

Wife, Dog Mom & Adventure Planner
When Sylvia is not helping clients, she loves spending time with her husband Brady and being a very proud dog mom to their two boys.
