A typical targeted treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.
How many contractions occur during treatment?
Your current TEC protocol is designed to create approximately 20,000–25,000 or more contractions depending on mode, intensity and treatment area.
How many treatments will I need?
The recommendation depends on your starting point, target area and goals. Below Zero recommends a package or membership for best results.
How often can treatments be scheduled?
Your current Below Zero protocol allows sessions to be performed approximately every two to three days. Your provider will recommend the appropriate schedule.
Can TEC Body Shape be combined with CryoSkin?
Yes. TEC Body Shape may be combined with CryoSkin Slimming for stubborn fat or CryoSkin Toning for loose-looking skin as part of a personalized plan.
Does it replace exercise?
